1995, gouache on black illustration board. While Synnabar is a character of mine, this One is part of the same, yet also an allegory - a symbol, an Avatar... she is a Destroyer, a Sekhmet/Kali/Durga-type figure, but she is not inherently evil. (bear with me) |

Wyld-Darkwolf (Shahn-Tarra): 1993, pencil. As Wyld, she used to rival Synn in online usage. She's usually black, but here she's white-pelted (I switch around a lot). If I ever find the inked version of this I'll replace this pic.... |
