Parapadescha, v.2. The lion/cheetah/tiger/leopard/sabretooth-cat, intellectual property of Britt Carlson. Jewelery inspired by design elements from India; I had much more fun with this version. Pencils/Photoshop. (BTW: still playing catch-up w/art & email :(; and with less free time than ever, I can't take any new requests etc. at the moment) |

Parapadescha v.1. A lion/cheetah mix with tiger/leopard-like markings. All anatomy, markings, proportions, etc. per detailed description. I had a hard time getting the relatively bulky lion body to look right with the lithe cheetah form, and I wasn't happy with this outcome. Plus, it seems too "stubby". Thus, version 2. |

Jarraka! For the character at the Silver Throne RPG (no, not mine). My very first pine marten (need more practice, I know :/). I especially enjoyed drawing the branch... Pencils/Photoshop |

Wolfmage! The Final Version. I sweated this, I really did. I just really tried to get this to look *right* for him. All decorations/clothing and dragon-to-wolf proportions per description. Thank you all so much for your helpful comments; this pic is all the better for them. Mechanical pencil and Photoshop on cardstock (per my usual). |

Nightmare IV, 1997, 2002. Originally done in black ballpoint RSVP pen, then given a fresh coat in Photoshop. I used to draw in this dense, twisted style a lot; but it's not "pretty", so I don't post many of them. This got a favorable response elsewhere, so... Admittedly odd anatomy. It was fun just pushing the pen around (and fun coloring it, too). |
