After years of declining sales, Hasbeen Toys felt its super-saccharine "My Bitty Horsie" line needed revamping. This had worked with previous resurrections --- Flutter Horsies, Big Brother Horsies and supercute sidekicks had all helped Hasbeen maintain profit margins. But the most recent concept, a "new and improved" TV series, flopped badly after one season. It was felt a radical shift in marketing was needed to "obtain better access to market share" --- why not try to sell MBH to little boys? But boys only bought action toys, like G.I. Jim. Toys like G.I. Jim...
