Jadeclaw-sidebar jadeclaw-sidebar.gif   Jonas Silver (Jonas)   07/19/2002   341x500

One of my contributions to the 'Jadeclaw' supplement to the Ironclaw RPG produced by Sanguine. The panda and the dragon represent two of the four types of magic disciplines in the game. I think I like the panda better than the dragon, but I'm satisfied with the pieces overall. They actually appeared separately in the book, but I'm lazy. ;)

Cheetah_veil_c cheetah_veil_c.jpg   Bridget Wilde (Bewildered)   07/19/2002   600x750

This was intended for the Anthrocon art show, but never quite made it there. Loosely based on a vintage French postcard. Prismacolor markers and colored pencils with Micron pen on Bristol Board.

Tiger_opal_c tiger_opal_c.jpg   Bridget Wilde (Bewildered)   07/19/2002   600x815

Another piece inspired by a vintage French postcard, which also missed the AC art show. Prismacolor markers and colored pencils with Micron pen on Bristol Board.

Ntbstalkick ntbstalkick.jpg   Nicole Trujillo (Kompy, Tanuki)   07/19/2002   617x593

...I wanted to make a nice, long, descriptive description explaing the story behind this particularly old Cuedow character, but now I dun wanna. He's just my really old chara Stallion the winged Centaurdow kicking some horse guy in the face for no reason. Loosely based on a photo of a kicking mule.

And on the subject of 'things that Kompy thinks are cool', here's an anthro Weedy Sea Dragon surfing on Coloring Book waves. I am such a dude.

Chmpsh chmpsh.jpg   Matt Harpold (Turbine_Divinity)   07/19/2002   754x492

A commission for Ch'marr. Original painting is roughly 22x30", some minor color and light twiddling in photoshop.

Jumpcr jumpcr.jpg   Matt Harpold (Turbine_Divinity)   07/19/2002   450x676

Quick little photoshop piece, painted with the tablet. I'm not too hip on the way art tablets feel, (I much prefer real paint) but this piece has a nice dynamic to it.

Zulanfem zulanfem.jpg   TAC (Skychaser)   07/19/2002   738x543

I call this one The watcher of the harvest. She's watching the wheat making sure the crows stay away. She is the female of a earlier drawing and I added a psp background. Done with markers.

Mumbling-mice mumbling-mice.jpg   Amy Pronovost (Amara)   07/19/2002   600x469

A commission of a chorus of mice for Dale Farmer. I had fun with this one. marker and pencil crayon. Colours dulled by crappy scanner.

Yerfbot yerfbot.jpg   Melissa Spencer (Gabrielle)   07/19/2002   400x381

YerfBot - you know this is what you were thinking it looked like! Come on, admit it! It's puuuuure evil. Eeeeeevil!

Yay! Yerf is back, and looking quite spiffy! And now long file names are allowed, neat! Well done, Dingo &co. Here are a couple of images I made for a collection of early fanzine art of mine, said collection I never got around to creating... no biggie though. My pre-Yerf art wasn't that hot anyway. <:)

Fanzinecatch_2 fanzinecatch_2.jpg   Albert Temple (Gene Catlow)   07/19/2002   380x511

The back cover art for that fanzine collection that never got off the ground. Maybe that was why? (Fanzine hunting out of season?)
