Ahhh, the noble cantelope! This majestic beast has been running around in my head ever sice Ursula V. posted those delici- erm, amazing fruitimals, or whatever she calls them. ...I don't know, it seemed like an obvious connection to me.

'Horus' - 2003. This piece is one from a set of three originals, commissioned by Mrs Carole Jones for her daughter Rachel's birthday. The other two in the set are 'Anubis' and 'Hathor', Egyptian deities, and were painted in the same style, consistent throughout each piece. I hid a piece of real papyrus somewhere in each picture.
