'nuther art trade. Pencil sketch/photoshop.

Arip arip.jpg   09/13/2003   700x770

abbrieviated Photoshop painterly technique I'm experimenting with. Big chunky brushtrokes and such.

Badgerpgon badgerpgon.jpg   10/02/2004   600x575

A character portrait for the computer game I'm making. The denizens of Parergon are often mixed-species and generally more human than not.

Brrdgrrl brrdgrrl.jpg   08/04/2004   650x790

Surreal birdgirl. Trying to move away from monochrome. Lots of photoshop layers!

Cassie_sml cassie_sml.jpg   08/16/2003   500x808

Recent commission. I was aiming for a little bit of that Jimi Hendrix-style psychedelia, without going all 70's kitsch. I don't mind kitsch, but I'm worthless at working it into art.

Chinagirl6 chinagirl6.jpg   08/11/2004   400x423

Quick digital piece that will be one of many many little character portraits for the computer game project I'm working on.

Chinelle_s chinelle_s.jpg   09/08/2003   700x853

Commission piece. Experimenting a bit with pure Photoshop painting. Rick Berry is still my favorite artist, after all.

Chmpsh chmpsh.jpg   07/19/2002   754x492

A commission for Ch'marr. Original painting is roughly 22x30", some minor color and light twiddling in photoshop.

Clock clock.jpg   08/28/1997   706x496

This is my FurryMUCK self portrait! (at long last) The original is 11x17, acrylic on masonite. I've been on a HG Wells clockwork machine kick for quite some time, so beware: you may see more of this obsessive compulsive stuff. ;-) Brought to you by Turbine Divinity and the letter "R".

Fenrisgen fenrisgen.jpg   03/06/2004   700x750

Interior illustration for RPG supplement. Photoshop and a whole bunch of layers to make that crystal effect work.

Fishoidz fishoidz.jpg   01/12/2000   400x668

A portfolio piece of some Deep Ones, the fish-people of Lovecraft fame. This is a mized media piece, with acrylic painting, Photoshop, and Macromedia Freehand used in its completion.

Foxport foxport.jpg   06/27/2001   350x499

Private commission. 11x14, oil on illustration board. This was partially done by subtraction, i.e. painting with oils, then lifting pigment back up with rags and turpentine to creat form.

Jillor7 jillor7.jpg   08/21/2003   700x671

Trading Post entry! Spades and Krandle are copyright jill0r. Photoshop and layers aplenty

Jumpcr jumpcr.jpg   07/19/2002   450x676

Quick little photoshop piece, painted with the tablet. I'm not too hip on the way art tablets feel, (I much prefer real paint) but this piece has a nice dynamic to it.

Kerras kerras.jpg   08/24/2004   500x500

A character portrait for the computer game I'm working on.

Kerraslg kerraslg.jpg   10/12/2004   600x864

A painting of the protagonist for our computer game, Parergon.

Kimonosml kimonosml.jpg   09/03/2004   500x743

I do like the critters in kimonos.

Lotus lotus.jpg   07/04/1997   340x432

Green Lotus: A dragon 'morph in a kimono. Painted on masonite with transparent and opaque acrylic...original is 8x10, believe it or not. This is one of my favorites, so enjoy!

Nambroth10 nambroth10.jpg   03/06/2004   650x651

Art trade for Nambroth! Combination of opaque and layered photoshop technique.

Oce_sml oce_sml.jpg   09/13/2003   700x597

Art trade for oCeLoT! Photoshop and lotsa layers.

Big paintin'. 22x30", oil on board.

Rain rain.jpg   07/04/1997   320x432

Rainmaker: A large (18x24) acrylic painting on canvas of a leopard 'morph in a rain forest.

Ravensml ravensml.jpg   07/21/2002   500x617

A commission piece that I reworked a bit in Photoshop. Original painting was roughly 16x20".

Satelite satelite.jpg   01/17/2000   500x735

You want some Photoshop? Here's yer Photoshop. A quickie acrylic painting of a winged fox-critter, scanned into Adobe Photoshop 4, and twisted almost beyond recognition. One thing is for sure, there aren't going to be any copycats of my style, because even I don't quite know how this piece ended up like this. Anyway, enjoy. For those of you keeping score, my favorite artists of the moment are Dave McKean, Rick Berry, Gil Bruvel, and Mark Ryden. Look them up, and be amazed to death.

Snlep_ps snlep_ps.jpg   05/01/2002   594x778

A photoshopped up version of A 16X20 oil painting I exhibited at Confurence. Hello to all the folks I hooked up with at the con, it was a blast. :)

Spacehyena5s spacehyena5s.jpg   10/05/2003   850x611

An art trade piece for the lovely and talented Cara Mitten. Green seems to be my latest phase.

Interior illustration for a RPG supplement. All Photoshop, all the time!

Trilodragon_b trilodragon_b.jpg   08/11/2003   800x600

Turbomana3 turbomana3.jpg   11/02/2002   657x781

A little something for all you j-rock fans...

More costumey Mana-inspired fun.

Vwgolf vwgolf.jpg   01/12/2000   548x356

And know you know what the Turbine Divinity REALLY looks like! As well as the shiny new (ish) Volkswagen Golf he just bought last week. :)

Vxnpshp vxnpshp.jpg   05/05/2002   700x463

I'm always the guy defending abstract art to my friends who prefer hyperealism. Maybe it's because abstract art is only a step or two from what my stuff is, when I let loose. Oil on boards, pounded mercilessly in Photoshop.

Wasp3 wasp3.jpg   09/03/2004   500x853

Trading post art!

Windienew windienew.jpg   04/06/2003   370x719

Quick commission for a friend. Sorta meant to recall Japanese street kid fashion. Certainly the pinkest piece I've ever done.
